Nice to meet you! I am Jillian Marie. I am a first responder and shiftwork is the name of my game. When I am not serving my community, I am a dedicated mom to two crazy fur babies, kitchen adventurer and partner to my handsome boyfriend. He is a pain but I love that about him! As a budding Nutritional Therapist, Yogi, and mental health advocate, I love to share my joy of food, adventure and living an all around healthy life. I started this blog as a place of personal healing and has evolved into a passionate and safe partner for your own journey to health and resiliency. I will share the journey through CSNN’s practitioner program to becoming a certified nutritional therapist, somatic yogi and Sleep, Stress and Resiliency coach. A place where we can meet like-minded people and educate ourselves on how these practices and knowledge can change our lives.
